Application Trainer (Data Management)
Location: Springfield, MA
Summary of Position
The Application Trainer is a challenging opportunity within the Data Management department that seeks a self-starting, highly motivated individual with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals and meet deadlines. The Trainer is responsible for preparing end-user manuals and training materials, managing the training schedule, delivering instruction using a variety of platforms, providing special training and support as needed, and maintaining a training environment conducive to learning.
Additional responsibilities include first line customer support as needed, assisting in the QA of system changes and enhancements as well as facilitation of team meetings with stakeholders having strong and sometimes differing opinions. Trainer will also give input regarding course curriculum. Job will require working some early morning and/or late evening hours and some weekends as necessary to meet stakeholder needs. Some travel is required.

Education
Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in a self-directed, customer-facing position, presenting, training, and writing.
- 1-2 years software system support.
- Experience using a wide variety of training modalities.

Summary Benefit Program:
PAID TIME OFF (PTO) AND HOLIDAYS: 18 days per year and 9 holidays per year

is totally free of charge for you! The insurance plan has a value equal to your annual salary, so as your salary increases so does the value of your life insurance. You may also choose to purchase additional insurance coverage for you and your dependents. (maximums amounts do apply)

SHORT TERM DISABILITY: STD is offer at no charge to our employees scheduled 32 hours or more. Should you become sick or disable you would receive 60% of your pre-disability income (some restrictions do apply)
LONG TERM DISABILITY: LTD is offered at no charge to our employees scheduled
32 hours or more. Should you become sick or disabled you would receive 60% of your gross monthly income (some restrictions do apply).
401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN: Allows you to save money and plan for
retirement through pre-tax payroll deductions after one year of service. Company contribution after 12 consecutive months of employment. Enrollment allowed
the first quarter after your first year of employment.
